Auremin

The website for Auremin, a commodities, processing and industrial development platform operating across Africa, built with Three.js WebGPU. A particle globe centred on Africa opens the homepage and dives into the page as you scroll, its office markers answer the cursor, and each commodity turns under a laser crosshair that follows the pointer.

Scrolling into the story

Scrolling pins the globe and dives into it until it becomes the blue backdrop of Who We Are, then the page carries on through What We Do to the first commodity.

Under the cursor

The pointer paints a wake through the globe's particles and locks onto office markers. Over the commodities it turns each mineral under a scanning laser, and next sweeps in the following one behind a beam wipe.

Where the laser began

An early WebGPU experiment for the project split a dark rock along laser lines. On the live site, laser lines scan the copper in Our Commodities.
